with clients
Tell me your needs
- Contact me by phone, email, or via the contact form here at the bottom of the front page.
- Arrange a Video Call
- Describe your needs and budget.
- I will confirm the brief by email along with a contract to proceed.
- Both parties sign the agreement
Discovery Phase
- This stage involves researching the concept of the video and the stock footage/ music available.
- This process can take from a few hours to a few days, depending on the complexity.
- The packages show details of what is deliverable.
Scripting
- This stage involves deciding how the stock footage will be used
- Agreement of initial captions would be agreed upon at this stage.
- This stage can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days depending on the complexity and package chosen
Editing
- This stage involves taking the agreed footage, captions, and music and editing together to create the finished product.
- This stage can take several days per video and when outside services have involved this stage can take further periods of time for editing
Sign-Off
- This stage involves all parties adding any finishing touches to the video (s) such as titles, music, effects, etc.
- Sign-off is required in writing and the final video will be released for Distribution
I take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to provide the services you have requested from me. This may include providing your details
to third parties such as our service partners. I will not share your information with any other third party unless I have your explicit consent or am required by law to do so.
